How To Make Lasagna

In this instructive essay, I will explain the steps in preparing eggplant lasagna. You will need the following ingredients: one can of tomato sauce, one roll of sausage, one bag of shredded cheese, at least two eggplants, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a cup of oil.

First, place the pan onto the stove, spreading a light amount of oil onto the pan's surface, as this will prevent the meat from sticking to it.

Next, heat the stove to 440 degrees Fahrenheit. After doing this, put your sausage into the pan, and chop it up with a spatula. Frequently turn the meat over during this process, watching for a darker brown color, rather than lighter red or pink, which are signs of the meat still being raw.

Sprinkle a tablespoon of Italian seasoning and another tablespoon of garlic powder around the meat, not forgetting to thoroughly mix to ensure all seasoning is spread evenly.

After all this, add one full can of tomato sauce to the mixture (while still in the pan), and stir this in with the meat as well.

By this time, the cooking should be done, so turn off the stove, take the pan off of it, and place it onto the counter. Chop up your eggplants into long, thin slices, as they will need to cover each layer of the lasagna.

Once these steps have been fulfilled, place your slices into your casserole dish, completely covering the bottom. Take some of the tomato sauce and meat combination from the pan, not too much, and spread it evenly onto the eggplant slices. Sprinkle some shredded cheese onto the top of the sauce. Now, repeat this step multiple times until the dish has been completely filled to the top.

After closing the dish and putting your lasagna into the microwave, relax, for you are now done with its preparation!
